WARRANTY
JK Folheados, aiming at the satisfaction of its customers, performs the replacement at no additional cost of parts exclusively with manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of sale.
The company is not responsible for parts damaged as a result of misuse, such as breaks, scratches, loss of stones, stains from creams, lotions, medicines, opaque stones due to the accumulation of residues, engravings, dented parts and parts without the logo.
For a part to be covered by the warranty, it must be sent to the executive dealer, accompanied by the warranty certificate duly filled in at the time of sale along with the label. If there is any doubt about the warranty criteria, the executive dealer (a) should look for the store to clarify and guide.

CONSERVATION
Our gold-plated jewelry is produced to the strictest quality standards. The thick layer of 1,000 gold (pure) deposited on our pieces – higher than the market average – guarantees a finish similar to that of a solid jewel and superior durability. However, we recommend some precautions to keep your jewelry looking like new:
Avoid the contact of clad jewelry with creams, sunscreens, or similar, as their residues can leave the stones opaque or milky;
Avoid bathing in the sea;
In any aesthetic procedure, try to remove the pieces, thus avoiding possible contact with chemical products;
Avoid washing dishes or doing manual work that may cause friction with the jewelry;
For proper cleaning, wash them after use (preferably with neutral detergent) to remove dust and sweat. Rinse them under running water to remove all soap residue and other products. Dry them well using a clean cloth or paper towel. The use of a hair dryer to remove moisture is recommended to keep them always shining;
When not in use, store them in a jewelry box free from moisture or corrosive products.
HOW TO IDENTIFY
The authenticity of JK Folheados gold-plated jewelry is guaranteed in each piece with the presence of the J&K and JK brand, symbol of the quality of the products. Identification is made on the studs of the earrings, on the counter-ring of the pendants and on the contrasts of the cords, as well as on the inside of the rings. When buying a gold-plated jewelry from JK Folheados, make sure it is correctly identified and accompanied by the exclusive barcode label and guarantee certificate.
